Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the order will be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Special Order Items
Custom, made-to-order, clearance, or special-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced.

Return Policy
At Reno Bathware, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Our team will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product:

Is in original saleable condition

Is returned in original packaging
A restocking fee may apply where permitted.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
